
SHIPPING
We ship to most countries worldwide (please find the list below). All international packages are shipped via DHL Express. Items shipped outside of The Netherlands may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the
total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by 90CIG.
Shipping is of 2-7 business days from order confirmation. Shipping status can be verified at any time by using the tracking number provided via e-mail.
RETURNS
90CIG has a 14-day return policy. You may return or exchange the product(s) 14 days from when your order is delivered, by shipping it back to our Return Centre. The product(s) must be unused and sent in their original condition (packaging, card, etc). The initial shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. Please note that return labels are not covered by 90CIG and will be at their own cost - pricing depends on carrier service and location.
Make sure to only return with track&trace and our warehouse to sign for it since we are not responsible to return packages lost in transit.

Orders may take up to 24 business hours to be processed before shipping. Once dispatched, your order and tracking will be confirmed via email. All orders are subject to availability. 90CIG is unable to reserve products in your cart, meaning that other customers may buy the product(s) in your cart.
